HELLO THERE

I’m Caroline — artist, explorer of presence, and forever curious about what it means to live freely and authentically. Through my art and mentoring I create spaces where we can pause, feel, and reconnect with what’s true.

My paintings are born out of surrender — layering, experimenting, letting the unexpected emerge. They are less about control and more about discovery, much like life itself.

Beyond the canvas, I guide others to embrace their own creativity and inner freedom. For me, creativity isn’t just about making art — it’s a way to remember who we are, to open up, and to dare being fully ourselves.

Life has taken me from a small town in Germany, through many twists and transformations, to my home in Sweden where I live with my family.

Along the way I’ve learned — sometimes the hard way — that real freedom comes not from striving, but from letting go. My art and work now grow out of that simple truth: when we allow ourselves to be present, curious, and real, life reveals its depth and beauty.
